Rogue Valley
If you cannot come to us, we will send a technician to you. We are starting a new service policy to help customers in your specific area.
In Home Service: The charge will be $75-$125 for a service call in the Rogue Valley area.
Carry In Service: Any unit that is not under factory warranty or under a service contract requires a prepaid deposit of $40 on any LCD, DLP, PLASMA and PTV or for any other unit type for Quality Electronics to begin diagnostic or repair services.
If the unit is repaired, this deposit will be applied to the repair cost. If our estimate is rejected, the deposit is non-refundable.
